I am failing miserably at exercising on my own, so I have signed a contract to work out with a personal trainer in 30 minute sessions twice a week. In addition, I am required to choose one gym class each week to attend. (I think I'll go with water aerobics till I get stronger, then switch to Pilates/yoga.) Aside from that my trainer also wants me to move for a constant 30minutes everyday-what I choose to do during that time is open to me. So now I have a clear goal and a fitness coach to see that I do it-proof will be in the weigh-ins!

After work I just went shopping from store to store till my husband got off work, then I picked him up because I had the car.

I got a later start walking the dogs today. It was already getting hot and I had to go to the restroom and there wasn't one nearby, I was also wearing those rounded soul walking shoes but the surface I was walking on wasn't smooth-it was a bumpy grassy area, so the walk got cut real short.

  I'm sure the calories burned figure is wrong. I didn't quite 'walk' for 30 minutes, I 'ambled', stopping every few minutes to let the dogs sniff out new, tantalizing scents. Right now, my exercise level is one of just getting out of the house and moving at all! Every step is painful to my knees and back.
