Well I am lucky I had those eight hours sleep. I slept 1.5 in the last 24. Darn when will the sleep issues end. I went to the gym last night and did a few laps and lots of pool workouts for 60 min. Did not do my stay in the sauna as I was to close to gym closing time. I am still dealing with the sleep issues and that buggy feeling at night, which has gotten less, yet I fall asleep and wake up in a few seconds with a start and then am away and tired. So again I am dragging today and it is Friday we have dinner company and a trip to Disneyland tomorrow and all i want to do is sleep. I feel a little crabby and stressed over the sleep issues.
