Hello world of medhelp,
I live in San Francisco...hence the nickname sf dude. I sometimes keep too busy and don't exercise or grab a quick meal.
I have started walking to work each morning. I am lucky that I live in the city and it is a nice 30 minute walk.
I got a juicer recently. I've been making fruit smoothies for my walk each morning instead of the usual tea or coffee. I feel like I have more energy now. Let's see how long I keep it up. I hear yoga is a good thing to do as well, but I have not tried it before.
