just a question to all of you out there that may know an answer.I work in a medical clinic, they still have the latex gloves that we have to use, most of staff are sensitive to latex or allergic, the FA  has refused to order gloves that staff can all wear .states the budget !!!!! I didn't know latex was still allowed in medical facilties, due to so many people having allerigies . I also heard she told other staff members that   it would be easier to get rid of staff than to order the right kind of gloves for us.I don't want to get fired for complaining about the gloves but My hands are getting sores on them from the gloves.they have a few boxes of another kind but they are size large, they fall off my hands, they are too big for all of us, its like she ordered the large in those on purpose,.I have requested them to order smaller ones and we haven't gotten any yet.so we all keep breaking out.what should we do , can we do anything besides quit our jobs . before it makes all of us very sick?

for the last month I have really been feeling my heartbeat in the upper neck area,when I sleep in my right side  i can hear it in my right ear.is this dangerous?? what is causing it??
