Dinner wouldn't have been so bad, had I not had the three rolls.  OMG, over 1000 calories and 57 grams of fat alone in those rolls!!!   And then I had the Country Crock to add another 21 grams of fat on top of it!  

This is extremely helpful, I have to say.  Because, believe it or not, I eat way less than ANYONE ELSE in my family.  I actually estimated how much soup I had.  It is probably less, but I don't know how much my bowls hold, so I wanted to err on the side of caution.  Still, it didn't come up as that many calories.  I imagine homemade matzo ball soup may or may not be more, although I used vegetable oil, not chicken fat as some people do, to make the balls.  Well, onto Thursday...

Unhealthy Eating Patterns



So, this is a typical breakfast...terrible.  A cup of coffee is at LEAST 280 calories, if not more and I ONLY had one cup because I accidentally made hazelnut instead of regular AND I am almost out of coffee creamer!!  So, on a NORMAL day, I would probably consume over 500 calories in COFFEE ALONE!  No WONDER I am not hungry until after 2:00!  

Well, I did tell my partner I want to cut out the coffee creamer, so that would get rid of around 200 calories in the morning and tons of carbs and some fat.  Next, I need to work on the half n half.  Maybe I need to skip the coffee altogether?  It's not good for my dizziness anyway.  Ugh...
