It began with a tiny bump on the almost corner of my mouth. Then two more appeared but not close enough for me to consider them a cluster. They eventually cleared so I thought they were normal and I just noticed them. Now I have bumps on my upper lip natural colored they don't hurt or burn or anything but irritate me. What the hell are they? I'm worried its the beginning of something more.
