Today....Today was a beautiful day. I went for a ride to the hospital to get some x-rays of my lungs. The sun was shinning, the flowers were in full bloom. I enjoyed the sun on my face. I innately cherished the flowers as they showed off their beauty like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. The sky was as blue as ice, the grass was bright green and the trees...oh the trees had their own melodic luminescence that need not beg for attention. Your eyes automatically followed their lead in harmony with the sites and sounds of God's creations. Each inspired by the other. The birds sang  sonnets of love. The squirrels and chip monks danced and scampered around like they were in a glorious ballroom. And all of life was in harmony. Today was a beautiful day!

  

And then the day came,
