Bad news is I feel like hell, I have very low vit D levels and I dont do very much these days. The doc took 6 things of blood. Dont know what he is looking for, but at least he is trying. I feel bad for people who have bad Dr's. I know that sometimes drs get frusterated because they cant help you, and it comes out in anger. That has happen to me several times.

Good news! I finally was approved for my SSD! After nine years of trying. They are back dating it nine years!

Dont feel good

May 03, 2008 11:35AM - 1 comments

I feel bad alot lately, I'm not sure why. I dont think I am moving enough. My legs feel like they are 100 lbs each in the mornings and my joints are very sore. I have to sit alot and do homework (Im in school full time)
I got of the drug lyrica about a two weeks ago. It made me swelled in my legs, and feet.

I did have ex-rays last week to see how much my arthritis has affected my joints. (base-line) but I had to ask for it. They havent called yet to tell me the results.

Good morning!

I think this site is fun! I have more friends on here than I do in my real life. I still feel okay although mornings are hard almost everyday. I am in school full time (on-line) I think this is helping, it is Entrepreneurship. I really do have a hard time in school because of cognitive problems. I keep plugging alone:)

I think I wrote before that I was on this fibromyalgia medication called Lyrica well, It caused me to eat to much at first, but now I dont have that. The benefits out-weigh the side affects for me. I tried to get off of it but the pain was horrible. So I'm back on. I'm just not going to get on a stronger dose. The medication help with my mood. You tend to be very blue when you hurt like the "dickins" it makes me feel like I can do life! The thing is Im not in a flare so I shouldn't get too excited.

Im suppose to be adding a new class (intermediate cake decorating) so I am required to figure out the class discription, fee, kit, time and all that. They are adding to the summer schedule at the college (it's too late to add it to the catolog for summer) I think they will add it to the college website. So that mean I will be doing two classes beginning and intermediate. Fall I'm going to (try) and add professional/advanced cake decorating ( I think) wow thats busy for me. That would be three levels of instruction. (scary)

I did it

Apr 15, 2008 09:45AM - 0 comments

I taught another class. I'm really happy...my son (11 1/2) helped me, he was awsome. He loaded and unloaded the van at the college and whipped frosting, passed out kits/took money for the kits, made the ladies laugh. I feel like it would have been impossible without garretts help. I have been asked to start another class (intermediate) I think I can do this as well. Its only saturdays that I do this (6 hr workshops) its nice. If I stand the whole time its not that hard. My Adrenalin is pumping so I can do it. Its when I stop that I hurt and get tired. Right now I'm feeling well but there is this cloud over me sometimes. I fear I'm going to feel bad I dont want to let anyone down. So far so good. I get that other people dont feel well on this site. I add my good days so people have hope.

I really understand that people that are ill get a bad rap from their families. I know I do, alot of people dont believe in Fibromyalgia. I do but I dont think its a primary condition I think its almost always secondary to a primary medical condition. Sleep Apnea, autoimmune, RA or whatever.
