Still feeling good :-D Must be the turmeric/pepper/oil

Mar 30, 2014 - 0 comments

Something has changed for the better.
Ever since the Mg bath.
Have been taking the turmeric (bought from Indian supplies store) with a few grinds of freshly ground black pepper and tsp of flaxseed oil daily for the last 3 days.
It is very subtle.
But looking back, my body just feels freer and loose.
Have been overdoing things at the same time - cut down the tree on the front porch. That stuffed me for a couple of days - bed at 10pm. Still feel ok though.
Head space is getting better.
Rheumy appt in 2 weeks.

feeling amazing. like I'm 20 again. energy and flexibility back!

This is the first time I have felt back to normal.  No aches or pains anywhere today. Feeling flexible again too.  Did that Dr Oz test where you sit on the floor cross legged and get up without using your knees elbows or hands to help pull yourself up
. My head space has been good all day.
Sang in the car all the way home.
37 weeks post eot.
Its about time!
will no doubt be back to normal tomorrow but
today is a milestone.
Now it could all be due to a 30 minute soak in the bath I had first thing this morning in epsom salts - 1 cup of magnesium sulphate.
Body felt so relaxed for a couple of hours after.
Am definitely doing this again!

and... Blood pressure is back to normal since being "cured" !!!

Have been on 1/2 minimum dose of metoprolol since 2009. (13mg) Had been spinning out and getting dizzy recently. BP reading was TOO LOW! No wonder! Stopped taking it and bp now normal. Reading taken @ the rheumy yesterday 120/80 . Perfect :-D

finally saw rheumatologist yesterday

I have sicca (sjogrens?) and "unusual" symptoms. Lol, well he probably hasn't seen anyone that's done triple tx before (except diana66) Am off to have some more detailed tests.
He is thinking/hoping the symptoms may be self limiting and will eventually go away. I hope so!

"It seems likely that she is affected by an autoimmune rheumatic process at this time and the question is whether this has been provoked by her recent anti-viral therapy or is an independent event. The question is also whether this will turn into a defined entity such as SLE or Sjogren's as time passes."
