need big help recently my spouse had been hurting and we are afraid that this are symtopms of a hearth attack or failure

Symtoms

Under Arm Pain
he says that he had feel like cramps from his middle rib cage going up to his shoulder
also he sais that he been fells also that he has to rub allot in the back of his head
one thing that he also find out that every time he has that cramp he kind of rub or pinch that muscle  and he fells much better

any one can help me on this.  We are going to the doctor tomorrow but still iam very nervous about all this
