creating a calorie defecit of a minimum of 1000 a day, means eating under 500 a day but its working out just fine. I'm finding it really hard to sleep at the moment, and emotionally I'm exhausted.

My boyfriend doesn't love me anymore, but says he does. He wants a break, and I know he wont try and see me at any time during that break- meaning he wont fall in love with me again.

I feel really alone right now, and all my friends are at uni having fun. I wish I was a different person. Maybe if I lose enough weight, I can be the person he wants.

Period was late by 4 days. All water weight seems to be shifting, with the aid of Dulcolax. Down to 66.3kg now. Restricting, under 900 calories p/d, cycling down to 500 when possible. Trying to avoid food before dinner time during the week, and relaxing to allow the calorie deficit to reset on the weekend. Cutting out sweets, chocolate, and meat when possible. Baby food will replace lunch, and 500ml of water when I am feeling hungry before 6pm. If a meal is heavy., or I feel as though I binged, I will have 5-7 lax. Trying to cut down due to awaness of dangers.

Trying to swim twice weekly, and looking to buy a motorised treadmill for under £100. Proving harder than I thought.

Well, missed my goal of 66 by Valentine's, but resting at 67.4 now. Got a hold of Alli now, and combined with Dulcolax seems to be pushing my weight lower. Alli itself is giving me NO treatment effects, and I'm eating nothing over 3% fat per 100g. Getting occasional stomach cramps, but that's just the way she goes, I guess. If anyone is reading this, please don't copy; it can be dangerous to your general health and wellbeing.
