Thoracic aortic aneurysm

I dont know who reads this, but it has been awhile since I last posted. They eliminated my job and I have been lookng for another.  I am still trying for SSD, but I don't feel like hiring a lawyer and having to go over and over and over the history of my life and diagnoses, and so forth.  I guess you could say I am too depressed to get a lawyer so I can get SSD for depression!
My arthritis (back and neck, 4 places) is degenerative and painful. I have to use a pillow (special one) when sitting in my chair at home.  Sometimes the burning of the fibro is all I can take. Sometimes the beating loud aortic valve I had replaced is all I can take. Sometimes the tinnitus is horrendous and I have to listen to the very loud cricket sounds in my ears.  Migraine aura's are daily, migraines once a week.  Yet, I HAVE NEVER MISSED WORK!!!  I am on Coumadin (warfarin) now for almost 2 years and I manage it myself with my CoagUChek XS home INR monitor...and the results go straight to my drs office.  I don't have to adjust my warfarin much at all since getting my own monitor.
Yes, you read all this correctly...I am looking for  job and I am trying to get SSD. If I get the job I want, I won't continue to try for SSD anymore. They don't care at the SSA if you have Fibro, depression, aortic aneurysm repair, aortic valve replacement,  coumadin therapy, migraines, osteoarthritis pain, limited range of motion, etc. They just don't.  I have been trying 10 years now and  I can say without hesitation that the Social Security Administration *****.

Been seeing this new cardio for 2 months now. It's a 2hr drive one way, but worth it I think. She advocates for self testing for INR and this is what I have been looking for. Docs on the Eastern Shore just dont want us testing ourselves, its just like a diabetic pricking themselves, putting the blood on the strip and in the machine...and adjusting dosages, only instead of insulin it's coumadin and instead of blood glucose it's INR (international normalized ratio) to determine the level of Coumadin (warfarin) in the blood. Getting my own machine is taking a long time, but I'm sure it will be worth it not to have to go 2 hrs one way every 2 weeks. Prior to that, my old cardio had me going once a week at $25 a pop, to a coumadin clinic. SO glad I dont have to go there anymore. Will be getting coaguchek xs.
