Sleep is somewhat difficult in the face of stress. With job deadlines, my job ending, my daughter going through a divorce and a dear friend facing death, restful sleep has not been easy.
Started this tracker after reading Dr Park's article on the relationship of lack of sleep to weight and am diligently working on taking better care of me.
Will be exercising to help relieve stress, counting my blessings to remain thankful and count my blessings, participating on MedHelp for increased knowledge, friendship, support and accountability for my actions.
