HINT:  When eating out, ask for a "to go" container when you place your order and upon being served, immediately place 1/2 your order in the container for another meal.  This not only provides you with a "healthy sized" serving, but allows you to enjoy your favorite meal the next day for lunch or dinner.  If you are tempted to overeat by saving it and eating it later, then divide it at the table and pour water on the remaining half .. you will not eat it after that!
