Weight: 169 pounds (gained 1 pd ~ was w/o Phen due to office closed. I mostly ate canned food, burgers, hotdogs, chips, etc....for more than a wk...ouch!)

Dress Size: 10/12
Exercise: Run/Fast walk on Treadmill (None)
Goal is 130 pds (initial pds to loose were 46.5). Working to Loose: 39 more pounds
