Weight Loss Challenge



Lori and I are trying to lose weight together.  We are going to work out every day and eat a min three meals a day.  We are both starting at 229 today.

I ate 2 slice of whoe wheat bread for breakfast with honey, a small bag of skittles, and a protein shake.

Lunch:  Cheese stick. protein shake, V8 and almonds.

Wow.  I really fell off the diet wagon.  Back to work.  New goal for March 31, 2009 is 210 pounds.  This may be a final goal weight.  We will see.

The day after a binge.  Yuck.  I am actually glad to be back to normal(?).  

1. 2 Eggs, Mushrooms, 1 Slice of Cheese
2. 1 Package of Nuts
3. 1 Package No Sugar Oatmeal
4. 2 Slices of Turkey, 1 Laughing Cow
5.
6. 1 Spoonful of PB
