The boils on my breasts, armpits, and thighs seem to be related to my cycles. They are never completely going away and flare up from time to time. Today, the boils are not what I call "active." The ones on my right breast are painful when I bump them, even though they are not "active". There is an ache that is constant and goes around under my armpit and to my back near my shoulder blade. I'm going to start tracking this to see what connection there is to my menstrual cycle.

I am using this tracker for the first time. I thought I'd only use it when I was actually menstruating, but I thought I'd check it out anyway since I'm never sure when I'm having PMS or not.
I'm a little discouraged that I have checked so many symptoms. It's a real eye-opener. I will print out a copy of this for my doctor at my next visit. I think it will be helpful in describing how I've been feeling. When I see the doctor, I often can't remember how I felt yesterday, much less how I felt throughout the month.
I'm hopeful that using this tracker will help me to practice better self-care and be better able to communicate with my doctor.
