I haven't slept well in a while...Its probably been almost 2 or 3 weeks since I have had a regular sleep where I feel well rested and ready to take on the day...I have had days where I have slept a little and had way too much energy for a couple of days but then my body realizes how exhausted it is and I crash but without the sleep...I am getting really frustrated.. I just want to sleep and be well rested and not have body exhaustion and brain fog and ....etc, etc...all the problems that come with lack of sleep...
