Now that I'm about 200 lbs, the doctors have me obsessing over trying to get me to loose weight. I step on the scale about once a day and I just keep going up in weight. I measured myself and there's about an inch gained on my waist (36), an inch on my hips(43) and almost an inch on my legs (27). I also started a fat burner pill today and trying to be more active. Signed up for a gym on Thursday and I'm gonna try and force myself to exercise next week. Hopefully my back won't hurt too much.. i think i'll just start off with the treadmill. And I have to start taking my homorone pills too.
