cant stop crying

We have been on a camping holiday, Had to cook on the bbq,and ate out a little bit, had more bread than normal, and i ate 2 toffee cookies not on the same day,I didnt want them and i didnt like them i just ate them because they were there.
Now I feel like a failure, Im not as strong as i thought,
