I start treatment on Monday Nov 16 and go Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for infusions. I should be there 8:30 to 12:30 or longer depending on how I do.

Man I hope this treatment helps me get back on my feet before Thanksgiving so I can go RVing with some friends over the Holiday!

I have learned not to get my hopes up too high though. Its going to be a long week sitting with IV in my arm, but the gals there are so fun and very wonderful and everyone talks and is friendly.

They will pre-medicate me with Tylenol, Hydroxyzine cause I cannot take Benedryl, and have all the other possible issues covered. Plus it is right next to the Neuro's office so I will feel pretty safe. :)

Please please let this help. If not my next stop would be a Neurosurgeon to see if there is some disk stuff that can be fixed to let me have some feeling back in my arms and legs. Its hard to walk only from memory.

Got to see Dr Johnston today and he thought my T3 treatment was just right on target and wrote scripts for both cytomel and HC which I need to keep up to allow the T3 to get to the cells.

Suggested stool sample testing since my lower gut is problematic still and a test to see what vitamins and minerals I am deficient in. I have to do that on a Wednesday and thats the only day next week i won't be in that neighborhood. Sigh.

IVIg

Well according to my MRIs, the MS has not progressed but neither has it gotten better. We are trying to get my insurance to pick up IVIG treatments. Of course they are balking....

My PA wants me to visit a family doc and get some backing on my thyroid treatment, as I am treating myself. So I made an appt with him. I hope he is progressive and understands RT3!

I give up on antidepressants. I tried Elavil 5 mg at bedtime and basically work up at 4 PM the next day. I already sleep a lot so that is NOT going to work. I wonder if that sleepiness wears off in a week or so?

Blood work came back, well most of it, and I have the perfect lipid profile, so said my PA. Cholesterol total 196 (YAY is up from 170) HDL 77, Triglicerdes 99 and LDL Well i forget, but it was nicely low too. I guess that fish oil is doing something.

I think the LDN and the DLPA are doing the trick! I was ablee to spend a few hours outdoors yesterday after the heat went down, pruning shrubs. Didn't have any dizziness and my right hand is working almost normally again even though its still numb and stiff. Never conked out on the pruning shears once. This is a huge improvement.
