Sheesh who ever thought gaining weight would be so hard. I have always struggled with losing it. Now its like stuffing myself all day long just to get enough calories to stay at a low weight. Will try to use this tracker to keep better handle on my calories. Not eating junk food is good but it means mass quantities of food to keep up. No sugar, dairy, wheat, soy blah blah is healthy but hard!

Have added a protein supplement to help my adrenals recover. Getting tested for adrenal function and thyroid. maybe can find the answer to gain some weight and get some energy back.

Gaining muscle but no weight

I never thought it would be hard to gain weight!!! but it is. I am eating 5 or 6 times a day all good food and no junk but not putting on any pounds. With the exercise I do, though, I am getting stronger and more fit with definate muscle tone.

After my exercise I see a nice increase in lean muscle mass and way better tone and strength in my whole body but no weight gain. Of course I follow a Paleo autoimmune diet with no gluten, sugar, legumes, grains, dairy etc. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit, all organic of course, when I can find them plus lean meat. My gut has calmed down. I take enzymes to help break down the food and to break down fibrin built up in my body over the years. I feel the stiffness getting less and less each day. its a weird feeling like a vacuum cleaner running round my body but its working!
