Lt head  pain & swelling in collar bone

I still have the swelling in the collar bone. The Dr actually 2 didn't know why I have the swelling considering I am no longer on predisone. I stop taking that over a month ago. The Endy Dr said I need to do the urine collection for 24hrs to test for the cortisone level or something like that. Who knows why I had the light headedness(I think I just made up a word...lol) maybe it was the side effect of taking the tyenol with the "tramdol". I only took it once and I don't think it even helped me.
