I've been waking up at five every morning, which throws me off because I try to wake up at six to start the day. But once I wake up, I'm groggy and a bit irritable with the impossibility of going back to sleep. It doesn't matter what time I go to sleep - I always wake up at five.
After Ocean City, I didn't sleep, which was reasonable under the circumstances. Then it got better, then it got to the point where I just tried to sleep every day into the next. Now, it's somewhat restful, but when I lie down I can't get comfortable. I don't feel like I'm getting sleepy. I just feel restless while trying to give my eyelids a rest.
I'm working myself out to be tired, you know how that goes ...
So, I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for the best. All of this is fairly realistic with all of the things I have to deal with, so I'm not really worried.
