Headache instantly after brunch.

Brunch was a pancake with peaches and whipped cream.

Went grocery shopping with family after brunch. Parents were taking forever grocery shopping. I got so tired I felt like I had to go sleep in the car. Then I got so hungry that I came back into the grocery store to buy a sandwich.... only about 45 minutes or so after brunch!

2 hours after brunch... and about 1 hour after "lunch"... blood sugar was at 6.8mmol/L. Not terribly high. Still in an acceptable range for a non-diabetic... especially after a sugary meal and then another meal right after it. Probably will take another hour for my blood sugar to come down at all. Will test again. But... not over 7.8... so, probably unrelated to the migraine. Probably. Although... should have also probably tested when I felt like I was going to pass out. Oh well.

Blood Sugar = Possibly Probably Not Related To Migraine...

"Before Breakfast" reading was taken during a migraine attack. Woke up with a migraine at 11am. Haven't eaten anything yet. Reading was 4.3 mmol/L. So, nothing seems out of the ordinary about this reading. Exactly my average "before breakfast" fasting reading. And... a really healthy one at that. So, I don't think blood sugar was a factor in this migraine. 4.3 mmol/L isn't considered low blood sugar and it isn't remotely close to being high blood sugar. It seems like it is exactly where a non-diabetic non-hypoglycemic's blood sugar should be before breakfast.

Blood Sugar = NOT A FACTOR (this time)
