OK for all my troubles this week there is an upside.  I hit the 10 lb mark this morning.  I only have 5 more to go until my next goal.  I gave away two pairs of shorts this weekend because they would not stay up.  I also had the energy to chase and be chased by the kids around the park with squirt guns. It feels light a moment of calm water in the middle of a storm.

Please be muscle.  I have been working out pretty hard & drinking a lot more water.  I know daily weigh ins are not accurate for long term but damn it was good to see the weight going down every day.
