All part of the same headache, I guess. I've had an on-again off-again migraine for about a month now. It just won't go away. Sometimes it recedes back into the pro/postdrome, and I just feel disoriented and have the visual aura, like my pupils are dilated or something, but it usually comes back.

I think I need a chiropractic adjustment.

P.S. - Also have had some back pain the past two nights. Lower back, left side, reminds me of the sciatic pain I had when I was going to Texas State and riding buses and sitting in crappy desks and carrying books on my back.

And going, and going... fluctuating between actual headache on right side and disorienting aura.

I think my tolerance for Excedrin Migraine has finally kept it from helping me. Usually with bad migraines it will at least kick it for a few hours. It lessened it, I guess, but it's hard to tell. Going on 24 hours now... not the longest I've had but very annoying to go to sleep and wake up still having it.

Neck pain

I don't even know how to track the prodrome for this one. It would be such a pain in the *** to mark it all on the chart. I can't tell if I've just had constant prodrome for several weeks now, or if it was different headaches' symptoms. Lots of neck pain, nausea, phono- and photophobia, mood swings. I'm guessing some of that is related to the new birth control, so it's a hormonal trigger for this, but I really have no idea. My head hurts and I'm having trouble sleeping. That's what I know.
