Very painful

My throat hurts so much today. It has hurt REALLY bad the last 3 or 4 days now and I almost can't take it anymore. July 3, 2009 will be 7 years since I have had my tonsils out and thats when this constant pain started. Ever 30 or 90 days it flares up and gets WAY worse than the normal pain. I wish someone could help me, I wish someone knew what is wrong and causing all my pain :(
