There were good and bad things about today.  I snacked a lot and felt bad about that, but the dance was nice.  I forgot my cleats and my mom had to go back and get them, but I played hard in the soccer game (but the other team was really mean).

Starbucks



I had a great day today.  I was with friends for most of it and had a nice, family dinner.  I ate more than I would have liked, but I had eaten less during the day in anticipation, so it was okay.  Went to Starbucks and got a relatively 'healthier' alternative to my 'normal.'

Exercise



I'm eating more now.  The dietician told me to.  It's a little hard to not go overboard.  I have to balance everything out.  I'm thinking about cutting out sweets again after this week because I'm eating too many.  Not sure yet.
I need to start getting more exercise.  =/

I am feeling stressed today, even though I'm on break.  Most of it relates to my body - my lack of period, my weight, my eating habits, my exercise.  I have been upset, angry, agitated, and easily set-off.  I felt great after my run, and then horrible again after dinner.
