Yesterday I felt great, I haven't been able to say that in a while.  No pain, I really wanted to go for a walk, but by the time I got home it had started raining.  Today I'm a little achey but not bad.  I do find these journal entries great for tracking, so if the doc ever asks I could always just print them out.  Oh of course i would have to go back to the doctors in order for him to ask.

Well besides this annoying cold I have or allergies, never really know for sure, I actually feel pretty dam good.  Today is also my daughters 16th birthday, wow.  Where does the time go?  

I was talking to my sister last night about all the pain and stiffness, and she asked if the doctor had looked at Peri-menopause.  I guess when she started going through the change, she felt like she was hit by a truck every morning when she would wake up.  Today I am sore again, but just the mild pain, I can sleep through this and have come to live well with this pain.  It's when I have those days of non stop bad pains that I can't tolerate any more.  I wanted to post last night but my internet was down.  Oh well, here I am today anyway.

Well, last night I slept finally!!  I took three advil befor going to bed.  I'm kinda sore today, but not bad, we'll see how the day progresses.  I am going to try to get a walk in tonight, I wanted to last night, but called to baseball practice for my son at the last minute.  Hope everyone has a good, or as good as possible day.
