I'm on this SmartBurn diet pills for woman for the past week and working my *** off and I don't see any of the weight going down but my tummy area is different (lil more smaller). These pills I think is the worst! Few days you don't go #2 or just have very tiny rock size poop then 3 days later it all come out (in poop not #3). I swear these pills make u plug up in the booty then 3 days later it say 'byebye plug now to make another one'. Once that "plug of poop" is gone then you see like 3-4 pound difference. WTH!

I hadn't much did anything due to very bad period and thought i might of been pregnant. Need to go back to Hip hop abs and I downloaded more workout video to put into my months. I hope I get at least 20-35lb off within 4months before I go to Holland with my fiance.
