I'm on this SmartBurn diet pills for woman for the past week and working my *** off and I don't see any of the weight going down but my tummy area is different (lil more smaller). These pills I think is the worst! Few days you don't go #2 or just have very tiny rock size poop then 3 days later it all come out (in poop not #3). I swear these pills make u plug up in the booty then 3 days later it say 'byebye plug now to make another one'. Once that "plug of poop" is gone then you see like 3-4 pound difference. WTH!

Weight Tracker

I know took me a long time but I was going though some stuff. I did 25mins wroth of Turbo Jam. I did Learn and Burn for 15mins then 10mins of Ab Jams. ^_^ Tomorrow morning will be Hip hop Abs then mid day Turbo Jam Abs Jam.

Kitty Exercise Tracker

Today peanut was going crazy in there. This morning i woke up with over 16 movements within the 5 mins. Then all day peanut keep kicking and moving around. I feel so happy. ^^
