Been o.k. over the last few days, but I drove for an hour yesterday with my instructor & now I can feel it. OUCH !!!  My lower back is really painful & so is my whole left leg - from just below the hip to the foot, my right leg at the top is bad too &  I have also got a repetitive tremor in my left hand which is driving me mad. I'm trying to pass my test in a manual & then buy an automatic (I know I really shouldn't drive a manual - but my instructor hasn't got an automatic.)

I have been quite busy today (well for me that is !) We had to shop today, and I had medication to pick up (ran out of 50 mg Amitriptyline 2 days ago), as well as a driving lesson. I have managed a resonably good day today; but I started to develop a sore throat about 7 hours ago & now its an absolute killer - its driving me mad. I hope it goes away soon.

It was really nice to be out for a while today. I like to be able to go out, but its how shattered I am at the end even using my chair but it was good all the same.

I had my swine flu injection yesterday & my arm is swollen and hurts like hell ! The last thing I needed was more pain on top of what I already have to deal with day after day. They never tell you that they swell up like a golf ball & feel like an alien is trying to escape from under your skin. Worse still I have to go & have my standard flu injection on the 2nd of December.....OUCH !!!!
