Today has been an OK bordering on a bad day. Someone once said if anything can go wrong then it probably will, well thats my case for today. Trying to arrange plans for the delivery of some furniture tomorrow, got it sorted with someone to be at the house, low and behold contacted the furniutre company and now all the delivery slots are full and will have to be done on Wednesday, they have assured me however it will be the last delivery of the day so I can get home in time for it. See the right hand really doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Otherwise it has been a pretty uneventful day....

Today has been a good day so far. Kept busy with lots of things around the house and sorting out collection of Sarah from Bridgend. No time to get any exercise. I thinks I am now going to have to plan to do some exercise on a regular basis. I did lots of walking when I was on the sick, but now I am finding it hard to find the time especially on the run up to Xmas and the bad weather we have had doesn't help much either. Having heard that they may be advertising the managerial role at work, I have already made a concious decision NOT to apply. I really do not need all the stress etc that it will bring with it.

So far today has been a good day, work went OK.Last night we found out we have won a number of prizes in the Club raffle, more booze to add to the Xmas festivities. Sarah has had to go to the local A&E Dept re an injury to her arm & shoulder, will have to wait for more info later on tonight
Everything else seems to be ticking by OK
