Sunday evening some family issues arose that required my immediate attention.  I was on the phone cross country for 4 hours ... off and on from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am.  On Monday (which is logged as Tuesday because I didn't enter it until late tonight .. and it is after midnight and I didn't catch I was on the wrong date) .. the situation continued and I had to take my mom to the oral surgeon for a tooth extraction and abscess removal.  While I made notes on scratch paper as to what I ate, I didn't get to input the final Sunday entry or Monday entries until now (early Tuesday morning).  

What I have just noticed is the "reason" I am NOT losing weight.  My calorie intake is at a level, without much exercise, that it stays constant and may even slowly rise.  I need to be at 1,300 to 1,400 calories to lose .. and I am averaging above that.

***EAT FEWER CALORIES*** and ***MOVE DAILY*** .. so that is what my Food Diary is telling me .. along with my Weight Tracker and Food Tracker.  In addition, I need to be drinking more water or decaffeinated tea and I need more sleep.  It's 1:38 am and though I want to do more tonight and there are many new people to welcome .. I'm going to go to bed and get up in the morning and start in again tomorrow.  

**HINT** .. As you complete your food diary, on the right hand side is a list of other members who have recently used their food diary.  You may just want to take a look at how they are doing, get some ideas, offer some encouragement and meet some new people.  By all means .. feel free to invite them to the Weight Loss & Dieting Community ... the more the merrier.
