Do I have internal bleeding?!

My boyfriend elbowed me in the side of my stomach just under my left rib. I dont remember how hard but is it possible that I could be suffering from internal bleeding? How would I know? I dont have any symptoms, just random cramping there.
Help?

I would say no you don't have internal bleeding. Side affects would be possiblity throwing up blood.
