I just joined this evening at the advice of my daughter who is a member. I'm doing low carb which I started when I was visiting her in Colorado. This is a very easy way of eating for me to follow. I have been doing it for a month and have lost ten pounds! Now I need to add exercise. I need to get back to Curves next week--I haven't been there for a month.
My BMI was around 30 when I joined Curves; I'm guessing it's still the same.
