The county will visit Swampy's aunt in a few days. He will not be there, but the GM (geriatric manager) will stand in for him. She has not been through this process with this particular county, so this will be new for her as well.
Swampy is assuming that this will be very much like a building inspection. Years ago, Swampy and his father helped build an addition on their house so his grand-critter could live with them. Swampy recalls the types of issues that the inspector had.
Swampy will fly in about a day later. At this point, he'll be showing up to a firestorm. Swampy's aunt could be very emotional. Step one is to calm her down. Step two will be to meet with the county and the GM. Step three will be to meet with the insurance agents and get money to pay for these repairs.
