This morning I feel so tight cheated. Last night I felt so dizzy I fell to the floor, I told a little white lie to my bf that I tripped over my feet so he would not worry.
Yesterday I ate some dark chocolate and a few chips going off my healthy eating diet.
My bf and I are reading through PCOS books as I was diagnosed in April usually it is easy for me to loose weight but I put on a load of weight and I wasn't eating bad food all the time.
So it is kind of hard.
We are trying for a baby but I told Simon that I wanted to loose at least 10kilos before we start as I do not want to have diabetes at the end.
Today, I started a good breakfast the same I have been having for a long time which is fruit and yogurt.
Apparently I should snack ( good healthy food ) every 2-3 hours.
