OK I find that I'm awful at keeping a journal, really awful I've been telling myself you have to write in your journal but I find my life kinda boring so nothing to really write about. I don't think I will beat myself up anymore about writing in it so I will write instead when the mood strikes me.
I fell pretty good still have rls at night but that is not a surprise to me as that is always the last to go.My mind is know longer foggy but I still have my Duh moments more then I remember having before this last run. Oh Well maybe it's my age who knows as long as I can live with it, and that is a can do.
I wish for world peace to end hunger, for those in need to receive medical aid, and the price if living to go down along with our current president.......
