I was so happy that I got back to Curves today. I counted it as both an aerobic and circuit training event, though I'm not sure it counts for both. If anybody out there can straighten me out on this, I'd appreciate it. My first time around the circuit, I thought I was going to die(haven't been there in a month) but when I walked out the door, I felt so good.
I inadvertently erased my first journal entry, so I'll repeat that I am following a low carb diet --not any specific plan. I seem to be losing about a half pound every few days. I started doing low carb when I was out visiting my daughter in Colorado. She does it and has a very easy attitude about it--like it's just her preferred way to eat. I'm trying to adopt the same attitude about it and not get anal about it, counting every single carb, etc.Ten pounds off this first month.
