SSI

So now my doctor has sent a letter to the insurance company stating that I am disabled enough to not return to work.  I am currently waiting on a copy of this letter to start trying to get SSI. I know I have a long road ahead of me.  And to boot, I have the allergy thing going on ( which I'm sure millions have ) and a really bad cough, sounds kind of like bronchitis but I'm sure it's just the pollen. Also, I have hurt this week. I am now on 300 mgs of Lyrica and taking
4 mg  Dilaudids three times a day. I still hurt. The med's do not seem to doing what they are supposed to. I guess this is just another step of getting used to the pain. BUT, I am grateful for the fact the it could be a whole lot worse.
I try to keep that thought going, but sometimes I just can't do it. I need to use my resources and get whatever kind of help my company can provide.  Boy I sure do miss being at work.
