Frustrated!!!

Well, we took the trip to Miami on 04/28 to meet with RE she ran many test on both dh & I, and everything seemed fine until she called me yesterday.  She had a blood test done called AMH, I had never heard of it before, it is supposed to measure the number of eggs you have left.  My level was .7 (very bad) she said she wouldn't even recommend IVF for us unless we used an egg donor!   She was very final and abrupt.  I am so frustrated it seems like every time we go to the Dr they tell us something else is wrong but that the thing we were told was wrong last time is now fine!  Last time they said DH s/a was 4million & then 5million and we would probably have to IVF, this time his s/a was 40million.  I just don't know what to do.....
