what the hell is wrong with me today. Wish i could bury my head in the sand. Dont Ostriches do that?? I feel like i have lost my best friend.............oh god i have. They were my pills. I have a real f this attitude. Guess i need to lift my sorry butt up, turn on the music and do something besides wanting to cry and throw in the towel. What a change from yesterday.

Do as you say - put on some music, soak up some sun, and get back to a good spot. Find some positive triggers that were helping you yesterday and revisit. I would bet the pills are not your best friend. From your journal, it sounds like your grandson is... do it for him today.
