i have decided to just post my thoughts and questions here. So many others have more serious issues than i am at the moment. Attention needs to be given to them. Mine are rather stupid and petty. Like today i try and put on mascara for the first time and i end up looking like i am trying out for KISS(look out Gene Simmons!!!) WD's and mascara dont go together at all!!!! I am still not feeling good. Food is hard to get down and am losing weight. Im sure this will all come together sometime. Have had some urges to use but got busy to try and put those thoughts out of my mind. As usual my music is my thing. Maybe i rely on that too heavy but it really helps me. I really dont want to burden anyone on here and if i have i am deeply sorry. Guess it is time to sit back in the weeds,just watch and shut up. sara
Hey, Everyone here needs support, somedays we need it more than others, Yours are far from stupid so please dont think that!!!
What you are feeling will hopefully pass soon and i for one will be thinking about you and certainly sending strength your way! The urges of using will also lessen everyday, yeah it may be hard but you are obviously a strong person as you see this and keep yourself busy to keep those urges at the back of your mind!
Music also helped me get through the past year......it was my saviour! Keep listening to your music, it doesnt matter if you rely on it to much, its music.....you enjoy it!!!
Mascara and w/d, lol........you made me laugh, maybe lay off it for a while!!!! lol
I am wishing you all the strength in the world and i hope your feeling better soon

I agree..Please don't hide in here...COME OUT COME OUT!!..You need just as much support as the rest of us...especially if you want to stay that way...We need each other...and we would love to hear about your masacara and w/ds...(i had to laugh at that)..lol..Keep on listening to your music if it helps..but don't think you aren't having enough problems to post..we need to hear it all..not just the bad..we are all in this together.
