Okay so I have been walking anywhere from 1-3 miles 5 days a week and taking my belly dance classes twice a week. I am still doing the fat blocker as well as the phentermine. In a course of 3 weeks. I have lost 4 pound but also lost 7 pounds of fat. The scale at the doctors office measures your pound and pounds in fat. When I started I was 208 and my fat in pounds was 106. So I just went back in on Wednesday to learn th04 but pounds in Fat is 99. Not bad I guess. Im just trudging along...
