I Cant sleep its 2.03AM  Sunday Morning here...

As a lot of you know I'm not much of a writer as I always can not get out what I want to say in writing.

I feel numb right now and I can not get my head to stop spinning with a 101 things that are going through it.

I got up and turned  the computer on and it let me on it must have known I needed to write my thoughts down.

I had the worst day of my life yesterday my dad rang me to tell me  that my sister was murdered by her partner on Friday night.

Its all so surreal right now .

I can not get my head to stop spinning right now..

My God Mid, that is horrible. I am so sorry for your loss. It is unbelievable what people are capable of. Do you know what is behind this? You said partner, so I am assuming that is current and not an ex which is usully the case. Mid if there is ANYTHING I can do, please let me know.
Again, you have my condolences and prayers that your family somehow makes it through this awful time.

Oh my God, MID....I am so terribly sorry to hear this. We truly feel your pain as your words conveyed the stinging sadness and shock you must be going feeling. I cannot imagine how deeply shaken you must be feeling but please continue to share the pain with us and write and write and write. We love you and are hear for you.

It is horrific to bury a child, and my heart goes out to them.
And for you as well, to lose a sister so suddenly, and senselessly.
