Tiny White dots on the outer Penis skin

I am 14 years old and i have noticed tiny white dots on my outer penis skin, also few blow the inside head of teh penis like only 1 or 4. I am uncut and i masturbate. Are the dots harmful???? Is there a solution????? Also i have the same dots appearing on my other parts of the body, but only few. Like stomach, near hand and thats all. Are they harmful? they are not Itchy or anything. PLZ answer I need help before.

NOTE: They appeared right after I had chicken pox. Also, they are only located on my outer penis skin, also few blow the inside head of teh penis like only 1 or 4. I thinked few like tehm are also locked in the otehr parts of teh body like near my hand and stomanch area ONLY. PLZ help me and give me a solution fast
