painless

well i'm 14 and i've been getting what i think is vaginal discharge ever since my first period when i was 9...but now i'm getting painless bumps that almost look like they could be bug bites....and 2 days ago 1 of them popped..i'm so scared some thing is going to happened to me down there and i wont be able to have kids....can somebody please help me????
