Can't go to doc

I was giving my boyfriend head when I suddenly swallowed. That caused my tongue to go to the roof of my mouth. My boyfriend's penis then tore my frenulum (the piece of skin that holds the tongue down. I now have a slit there and it HURTS when I talk. Can anyone give me anykind of advice on what to do?
